Feeling Good

mood: my mouth hurts
day: wednesday, july twentieth, two oh eleven
countdowns: three days to the cottage, fourteen days to england

You know what makes me supremely happy? A number of things. But I've recently discovered something that just puts me in a good mood. It's called... going to the gym. That may sound weird, but just the proud feeling I get afterwards is awesome. Plus, today I discovered this mutated version of an elliptical. I thought I'd be able to do ten minutes on it (don't judge, I'm a wimp), but because the workout is automatically set to thirty, I ended up going for twenty two! That's 270 calories!! + 103 from the treadmill +80 something from the elliptical +20-30 from the machines. I'm just so determined to dress and be healthier now! Though, that'll last until the ice cream truck goes by...

Re-watching the latest episode of Pretty Little Liars, as it is daylight now, so I may actually be able to not fast forward the end. I'm more looking into the fashion the second time I see it. Curly hair seems to be in, which I am all for! Now, I just need to find a way to make it more natural. Well, seeing as I deep conditioned, used my strengthening product and spritzed with a nourishing anti frizz spray, we'll see how it goes. Extensions are looking quite promising, though. Yummy, yummy extensions. But by then, I'd have to figure out how to do the loose curls look without heat. Hmm... I'm guessing google should do the trick, but sending a quick question to some magazines should do good, as well.

Mystery Book Of Charlotte's is a nickname for my latest project. It was made due to my best friend Hellie's insatiable curiousity. I've shortened it to MBOC, for now. I do have a working title - that I'm not totally in love with - but MBOC is what it is being called for now. It's gotten farther than most of my other projects, which is promising, but we'll see. My latest step in plotting? The Closet Wall. In other words, I wrote down all the scenes I'd imagined or ever mentioned on cue cards. Then, I taped them onto the wall in my closet in order of what was happening. It was kind of handy as I was able to finally look at it all as a whole and see where the holes in the plot were. I do have some work to do, but being able to re-arrange it and add/subtract things really helped. Why the closet wall? You may ask. Well, I don't really want my parents seeing my plot. And also, it's the biggest space available at the moment. Looks weird to those who don't know, yes! But really, if people are looking into my closet, they should at least know me enough to know that weird is how I roll.

Now, I must return to chores and my google searches. Ta-ta!

Absolutely sincerely,
Charlotte
